Refund Policy

In the event of a no-show or unused booking, You must make a request for any valid and applicable refunds, as defined by the policies, within 90 days of the travel date in the case of air tickets or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. No refunds will be given for requests made after the 90-day period of travel date/check-in, and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings will be considered forfeited.

The refund will be processed within 15-20 working days of the cancellation request.If we received your payment via a valid credit card, we will refund it to your credit card. Payments made with any other method of payment will be refunded by cheque within 30 days of receipt of the ticket. All refunds are subject to refund processing by the respective airline/service provider. If, with your consent, Flightreserv LLP makes the refund to a method other than the original source of your payment, and it suffers any claims, damages, costs, loss, or expense as a result, You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and make good trip to the fullest extent possible. Furthermore, Flightreserv shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of providing incorrect information to Flightreserv for the purpose of refunds.

Please keep in mind that the convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
