Payment Terms

1. Booking and Deposit

1.1. To confirm your booking with FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES, an initial deposit is required as follows:

  • For domestic tour packages: 30% of the total package cost
  • For international tour packages: 50% of the total package cost
  • For custom or special event packages: Deposit requirements will be specified at the time of booking

1.2. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and acknowledged by FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES.

2. Payment Schedule

2.1. The remaining balance must be paid according to the following schedule:

  • For domestic packages: Full payment is due 30 days before departure
  • For international packages: Full payment is due 45 days before departure
  • For bookings made within these timeframes, full payment is required at the time of booking

2.2. Failure to make payments according to the schedule may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Payment Methods

3.1. FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers
  • Online payment platforms (as specified at the time of booking)
  • Cash payments at our office (for local clients only)

3.2. All payments should be made directly to FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES. We are not responsible for payments made to third parties.

4. Currency and Exchange Rates

4.1. All payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR).

4.2. For international payments, the exchange rate applied will be the prevailing rate on the day of transaction processing.

4.3. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.

5. Price Changes

5.1. All prices quoted are subject to change until your booking is confirmed with a deposit.

5.2. Even after confirmation, prices may be adjusted due to:

  • Currency fluctuations affecting the cost of services
  • Increases in transportation costs, including fuel surcharges
  • Government-imposed taxes or fees
  • Changes in services requested by the client

5.3. We will notify you of any price changes as soon as possible.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. Cancellation by the Client:

  • More than 45 days before departure: 80% of deposit refunded
  • 30-45 days before departure: 50% of total package cost refunded
  • 15-29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost refunded
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

6.2. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES.

6.3. Special promotional packages or discounted offers may have different cancellation policies, which will be specified at the time of booking.

6.4. Some services, such as airline tickets, may have their own cancellation policies that may be more restrictive.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

7.2. Travel insurance can help protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances that might require you to cancel your trip.

8. Amendments to Bookings

8.1. Changes to your booking may be accommodated where possible, subject to availability and any additional costs.

8.2. An administration fee may apply to all booking amendments.

8.3. Amendments requested less than 30 days before departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our cancellation policy.

9. Unused Services

9.1. No refunds will be provided for any unused services, accommodations, or transportation once travel has commenced.

9.2. This includes services missed due to delays, illness, or any other reason beyond our control.

10. Special Requests

10.1. Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) must be notified to us at the time of booking.

10.2. While we will make every effort to accommodate special requests, they cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of our contractual obligations.
