2.3. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to make the booking on behalf of all members of their party.
3.1. All prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
3.2. Prices may increase due to government actions, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.3. Price quotes are valid for the period specified at the time of quotation.
4.1. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health documents required for travel.
4.2. FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES can provide general guidance but is not responsible for any issues arising from improper documentation.
5.1. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
5.2. FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
6.1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
6.2. Cancellations must be made in writing to FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES.
6.3. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of each service provider and may include administration fees.
6.4. Changes to bookings may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
7.1. FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
7.2. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by any defect in any vehicle, act of God, war, riot, or any other cause beyond our control.
7.3. Information about destinations, services, and facilities is provided in good faith but FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES cannot guarantee their accuracy or availability.
8.1. FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible for any delay, change in itinerary, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemic, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
9.1. Any complaints during travel should be reported immediately to the relevant service provider and to FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES to allow for resolution.
9.2. Claims made after the completion of travel must be submitted in writing within 30 days of return.
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, India.
11.1. FLIGHT RESERVE TRAVEL SERVICES reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
